Hi, I’m Cheryl ... Founder of Wild Daisy’s Creations & Care
I am a Master Reiki Practitioner and Intuitive Healer, with a love for Tarot Cards! I have a background in addictions counselling and spiritual/life coaching, and am a woman and mother who has walked through many storms of life, as we do - and come out stronger, softer, and more connected to what truly matters.
Wild Daisy’s Creations & Care was born from my own journey of healing after trauma, abuse, and hardship - when I realized I had no choice but to grow and create anew. Just like a Wild Daisy that grows freely after intense wind and rain storms and harsh seasons, I believe we all carry the ability to rise, bloom, and reclaim the beauty of our lives … sometimes we just need gentle reminders and supportive networks. With those things in place, Watch Us Grow.
With a background in addiction counselling, spiritual/life coaching, and lived experience in overcoming devastating struggles, I understand how vital compassion, resilience, and self-care are to our mental health recovery, healing and growth. That’s why I’ve created a space where creativity, empowerment, and healing come together.
During my one-on-one sessions, you’ll find opportunities to:

As I assist you on your journey, my role is not to “fix” you - because you are not broken, and you never were. My role is to walk alongside you, metaphorically holding your hand, guiding, supporting, and reminding you of the strength and wisdom already within you.
In my spare time, my daughter and I love facilitating DIY sign parties, bringing joy, creativity, and a little magic into your home. Together, we guide participants in creating beautiful signs to take home - each created with your own hands, love, and laughter. These events are more than crafting, they are moments of connection, fun, and intentional creativity that remind us of the power of creating with our heart … and a great way to have matching decor with your closest friends (girls night!).
Whether you’re joining me for a it’s a DIY workshop, or a one-on-one Reiki/Intuitive Healing session - you can expect a space filled with inspiration, creativity, and connection. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and empowered, with renewed clarity, a spark of joy, and tangible reminders of your own creativity and inner strength. Each experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nurture your well-being, and carry a sense of purpose and calm with you long after our time together.
